Gwyneth is Paige's mother and Dennis' wife.

Gwyneth would spend hours baking a cake for the Binding Day of the Saint Electric. Dennis was in charge of lighting it, which would cause arguments.[1]

Paige tells the story of how she wasn't ever brought to her mother's grave after the funeral, but years later she learned the location of the intersection where she died, and began to treat that as her mother's grave. Annually she bought a beautiful bouquet of white crocus flowers (Gwyneth's favorite flower) and propped them up against the lights, away from foot traffic. All the same, they would always get trampled, end up in the road, and whatever was left, rotted away there in the street.[2]
